We’re different! Prior to forming Boeing & Wise, each of the partners individually had already accumulated a number of years of legal experience under their belts, across a wide range of different practice areas, becoming heavy hitters in each of their respective fields.
What eventually united the partners to form a partnership was their joint vision and desire to impact the legal industry, offering clients a different kind of law firm and new type of legal service. The united aim was to break down the common stereotype and, what they believed were, misperceptions as to what it is to be a “lawyer.” They wanted to close the credence gap between you, the client, and the firm, your legal advisor. Boeing & Wise embrace technology and innovation and offer legal services not based on not what they are comfortable with but the client.
When the Firm was first established the firm specialised specifically in Litigation. Since then and owing to the success of that department, we have been able to expand our practice and service offering. We are now able to offer clients a completely holistic, one-stop shop legal service, with expertise across the board in areas such as commercial, employment, consumer, insurance, regulatory and licensing practice together with our commercial and corporate work.
Over the years, we built our teams internally, recruited brilliant individuals who have added to our expertise and knowledge, and informed Boeing & Wise achieving a truly united aim. Our busy operation runs right from the heart of Manchester City Centre, which has meant two things. Friendly, Reliable and Fast Acting with alway putting the clients interests first, our new base has enabled us to better service both our individual and commercial clients. Second, our new locale has allowed us to continue to grow.
We’re not a fan of making our clients work to the way we want to work. We appreciate each client and each legal problem is unique, different. As such, the infrastructure of our internal departments allows us to take a more flexible approach when handling a client’s case, regardless of the area of law. The result is that we are able to adapt the way we work in order to best serve the requirements of the case and our client’s aims, needs and wants.
Some clients sign up straight away. Others want more information. We are happy to work in whatever way that works for you. In general, whether you come to us as an individual client, looking for advice for a family law matter, or you are a big business facing a copyright suit or involved in a commercial dispute, our approach at Boeing & Wise is simple, and always the same: what is important to you, is important.
As we grow from strength to strength, we have placed great importance on making sure we give back and continue to operate in a socially responsible way in line with our growth. Internally, we actively support our employees who undertake pro-bono initiatives, inside and outside of the legal field. Further, one of the main reasons driving our internal decision to go paperless was our wish to ultimately operate in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.
Externally, we are involved in numerous charitable giving projects, and are proud sponsors of Cancer Research UK. We hold events throughout the year such as bake sales, dress down days, raffles, and participate in fun runs for the Charity as a firm team in order to generate sponsorship. Also, as members of the Law Society’s ‘Lawyers for Business’ scheme, we are also focusing our efforts on initiatives to help small start-up businesses and the local community and economy.
